Yes, and honestly, you're exactly who we built this for. Every session is coached and every movement can be scaled to where you're at right now. You won't be thrown in the deep end.
That's a bit like saying you're too dirty to have a shower. You don't need to be fit to start, that's what we're here for.
We'll have a quick chat before you start so your coach knows where you're at. From there, you'll train with a small group, get proper instruction on every movement, and leave knowing exactly what you're doing.
No! Once you come to the end of your 6 week programme, you can decide whether you're ready to take the leap, or leave on a good note. No hard feelings.
It's totally personal preference, but, if you're struggling to decide, we reccomend the Strength and Fitness class as a starting point.
