We want you to feel comfortable. Here's some common questions new members have.

I haven't exercised in years, is this really for me?

Yes, and honestly, you're exactly who we built this for. Every session is coached and every movement can be scaled to where you're at right now. You won't be thrown in the deep end.

I'm not fit enough to join a gym yet.

That's a bit like saying you're too dirty to have a shower. You don't need to be fit to start, that's what we're here for.

What happens in my first session?

We'll have a quick chat before you start so your coach knows where you're at. From there, you'll train with a small group, get proper instruction on every movement, and leave knowing exactly what you're doing.

Am I locked into a contract?

No! Once you come to the end of your 6 week programme, you can decide whether you're ready to take the leap, or leave on a good note. No hard feelings.

Which session should I start with?

It's totally personal preference, but, if you're struggling to decide, we reccomend the Strength and Fitness class as a starting point.

Where are you located, and is there parking?

Gate 2, Lymm Marina, Warrington, WA13 0SW. We have parking on-site. You'll get a spot.

I've got an injury or health condition, can I still train?

Speak to us before you book and we'll be straight with you about what's possible. Our coaches are experienced in working around injuries and adapting sessions where needed.
