Runners Strength

Built specifically for runners who want to perform better, stay injury-free, and build real strength that carries over to the road or trail.

Whether you’re chasing a race PB or just enjoy your weekend jog, this class targets the areas runners need most

Under 16's Strength & Conditioning

Ages 12 to 16. This class is designed to help young athletes build strength, coordination, and confidence, all in a safe, structured environment.

Led by qualified coaches and physios, we focus on developing proper technique, injury prevention, and athletic ability that supports both sport and everyday life as they mature.

Mumstrong

A physio-led program designed to help mums rebuild strength, confidence, and connection with their bodies after childbirth.

We support you through every stage of your postpartum journey, whether you're newly postpartum or further along, with safe, structured training and expert guidance.
Your baby is always welcome in our gym space.

Community Is at the Heart of What We Do

At The MVMT Room, we believe training should feel good and so should the people you do it with.

That’s why we run regular community events like hikes, team challenges, social meetups, and even dog walks. It’s all about moving, connecting, and having fun beyond the gym.

We also host practical workshops on topics like nutrition, recovery, and kettlebell training, helping you train smarter and take care of your body.
