We started The MVMT Room with one goal, to create a space where people could train with purpose, feel supported and build lasting strength without the pressure or confusion of a big gym.

Our sessions are small (just 8 people max) and led by experienced coaches and physiotherapists who focus on what really matters. Moving well, building strength and creating habits that support your lifestyle.

As we get older it’s normal to feel a few more niggles. But that doesn’t mean slowing down, it means training smarter. We’re here to help you stay strong, maintain muscle and keep doing the things you love for as long as possible.

Whether you’re new to training, getting back into it or just want to move and feel better with expert guidance, we’re here for you.

Our Sessions

We offer a wide range of sessions for our members. We believe that variety is key to ensuring a well-rounded approach to your training.

Strength & Fitness

Our go-to class for building strength and improving overall fitness.
A mix of structured strength work and conditioning. Suitable for all levels, with coaching that meets you where you're at.

Hybrid Fit

Strength and conditioning with a functional focus designed to build overall strength, improve capacity, raise your heart rate, and boost your confidence.

Don’t be put off by the Hybrid name, this class is built for all levels and focuses on good form, smart intensity, and pushing yourself in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Mobility & Flexibility

More than just stretching. This class helps you build strength through range, improve joint health, and move with more control.

Expect a mix of mobility flows, active stretches, and movement drills designed to reduce stiffness, boost recovery, and support how you train and how you feel every day.

Hatha Yoga

Breathe, move, and reset. A slower-paced, grounding class that combines gentle movement, mindful breath-work, and deep stretching.

Perfect for building strength and flexibility, calming the mind, and creating space in both body and breath.

Specialist Classes & Workshops

We run a variety of focused classes and workshops to meet the needs of specific groups within our community.
From Runner’s Strength and U16s Strength & Conditioning, to our MumStrong sessions for new mums — plus regular workshops on nutrition, kettlebell training, and more.

Community Is at the Heart of What We Do

At The MVMT Room, we believe training should feel good and so should the people you do it with.

That’s why we run regular community events like hikes, team challenges, social meetups, and even dog walks. It’s all about moving, connecting, and having fun beyond the gym.

We also host practical workshops on topics like nutrition, recovery, and kettlebell training, helping you train smarter and take care of your body.

A fabulous fitness facility offering small group classes, physio and 1:1 PT sessions. Coaches are knowledgable, supportive and genuinely care about you and your goals. The members are great company and very welcoming, everyone works at different levels and progresses at their own pace. I’ve never felt comfortable in gyms but The MVMT Room feels like going round to a friends house to workout. A fabulous fitness community!
