Hybrid Fit blends HYROX-style training with strength-based exercises, designed specifically to raise your heart rate, build confidence with smart, functional strength work, and Improve your stamina.

Mumstrong is a specialised physio-led service empowering mothers to take control of their bodies post-childbirth.
