Led by Physios and top-level Coaches with 10+ years’ experience, our small group sessions (max 8) focus on mobility, strength, and long-term results — without the overwhelm.

Mobility & Flexibility

Feel stiff, tight, or just in need of a good reset?

Our Mobility & Flexibility class is designed to help you move better, feel looser, and take care of your body in a way that supports everything else you do. Using a mix of guided stretches, mobility flows, and gentle movement.

Hybrid Fit

Hybrid Fit blends HYROX-style training with strength-based exercises, designed specifically to raise your heart rate, build confidence with smart, functional strength work, and Improve your stamina.

This class is perfect if you want to challenge yourself in a friendly, supportive setting.

Hatha Yoga

Breathe, move, and reset.

Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced, grounding class that combines gentle movement with mindful breath-work and deep stretching.

It’s perfect for building strength and flexibility while calming the mind and creating space in the body.

Runners Strength

Runners Strength is designed specifically for runners who want to improve performance, mitigate injuries, and build strength.

Whether you’re training for your next race or just love to get out for a weekend jog, this class focuses on the areas runners need most.

Mumstrong

Mumstrong is a specialised physio-led service empowering mothers to take control of their bodies post-childbirth.

Our expert team supports you through every stage of your postpartum journey, and your baby is welcome in our gym space!

Under 16's Strength & Conditioning

Designed specifically for athletes aged 12 to 16, this class focuses on developing strength, coordination, and overall athletic ability in a safe and supportive environment.
